Refunds & Returns

  3. Return Postage: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

  4. Item Condition: If the returned item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition, we may deduct from your refund to account for any loss in value.

  5. Lost Items: In the case of lost items during shipping, we will need to work with the mail provider to conduct an investigation before determining eligibility for a partial refund.
